Guardsman captures General Excellence at annual JACC NorCal conference
City College students attended the Journalism Association of Community Colleges NorCal Conference at Sacramento State University on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2014. The all-day seminar included a variety of media-related workshops and juried on-the-spot competitions in writing, editing, cartooning and photography.
